Lonza is seeking a Project Leader for Quality Control Bioconjugates, welcoming PhD graduates and experienced professionals (f/m/d). Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates and families.

The role involves communicating with manufacturing, QA and external customers, and representing QC in cross-functional teams to align strategies across departments. English proficiency is essential with basic German. Visp-based position with an agile, inclusive culture.

Qualifikationen

• PhD or equivalent in Life Sciences (Biology, Biochemistry or Pharmaceutical Sciences).
• Work experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnological GMP environment and in Quality Control is a strong plus.
• Proficient in English; basic German and willingness to improve (German language courses offered).

Key requirements:

Your assertive, clear and direct communication style allows you to work closely with different collaborators in a professional manner. You enjoy working with many people in various business areas and bring solid organizational and project management skills to handle demanding projects.

Proficient use of common software applications (MS Office) is required. Knowledge of individual pharmaceutical/laboratory software (e.g. Documentum, LIMS, Trackwise) is an advantage

Proficiency in English essential, basic German skills needed (B1 level), and motivation to improve rapidly (free German language courses offered)
