Rivia, a data engine for clinical trial intelligence, is hiring a Business Development Representative in Zürich. You will drive growth by identifying, engaging, and creating opportunities with biotech and pharmaceutical companies across Europe, building and refining our outbound engine.

You will own prospecting from research to handover, navigate complex orgs, and connect our technology to business challenges.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in B2B outbound sales, ideally SaaS.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline targets.
• Excellent English and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM and prospecting tools.

Responsabilités

• Own outbound prospecting across Europe biotech/pharma.
• Build multi-channel campaigns via email, LinkedIn, calls.
• Identify decision-makers and map stakeholders.
• Qualify opportunities to feed Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and track metrics.
