You will run technical sales calls on binding kinetics, onboard new customers, monitor ongoing accounts, and work with the biology team to troubleshoot and expand opportunities while translating results into actionable business insights.

Qualifikationen

• PhD-level protein engineering and CSO-level discussions expected.
• Experience in a customer-facing technical role preferred.
• Commercial focus with revenue and pipeline awareness.

• Own the full customer lifecycle from prospecting to account management.
• Serve as the technical contact; recommend experiments (binding, expression, thermostability).
• Explain assay capabilities in depth and map to customer goals.
• Collaborate with biology team to design experiments and communicate results clearly.
• Identify expansion opportunities across customer segments and propose proposals.
