Qualifikationen

• Protein design, computational biology, biochemistry, structural biology, or related field degree/experience.
• Fluent in modern protein design with ability to advise on models and methods as field evolves.
• Data-driven: comfortable analyzing experimental data (Python, notebooks, basic stats) and drawing clear conclusions.

Aufgaben

• Partner with customers to scope protein design campaigns: define target, success criteria, and experimental plan.
• Advise on design strategy and which models/methods fit each problem and their limits.
• Help design experiments to test hypotheses and specify controls and assays.
• Analyze results (binding, expression, stability) and translate data into next design iterations.
• Close the loop by turning campaign results into sharper designs and longer collaborations.
• Build trusted relationships that grow from first project to long-term partnerships.
• Feed learnings back to product, science, and platform teams to improve the overall experience.
