We’re looking for a kinetics scientist with 3+ years hands-on SPR/BLI experience, strong data analysis skills, and the ability to talk with customers about results. The role is based near Lausanne, with hybrid options for the right candidate. You’ll decide on re-runs, explain uncertainties, and collaborate with production and QC.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years hands-on binding kinetics experience and data interpretation.
• Proficient in SPR and BLI data processing and troubleshooting.
• Ability to discuss results with customers and explain decisions.

• Review kinetics data and determine deliverables and re-runs.
• Discuss results with customers and explain interpretations.
• Design experimental adjustments for re-runs or assay changes.
• Analyze data across batches to find patterns and flags.
• Collaborate with production, QC and customer success.
