ITech Consult AG is seeking a Biospecimen Specialist - BioRepository Specialist to join the BAM team in Rotkreuz. You will manage end-to-end biorepository activities to fulfil customer specimen requests in compliance with regulatory standards.

The role requires a life sciences background, experience with biological specimens and LIMS, and strong attention to detail to ensure traceability and data accuracy. English fluency (B2) is essential for collaboration across stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Life science degree with 1–3 years in sample acquisition, data management or biobanking.
• Experience handling biological specimens and validated tools like LIMS.
• IT skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Google Suite; experience with LIMS.
• English (min. B2).
• Hepatitis vaccination available.
• Able to lift 10–15 kg.

Aufgaben

• Management of one or more product development projects.
• Ensures delivery and definition of project deliveries including product requirements and specifications in alignment with internal and external stakeholders & suppliers.
• Identification, mitigation and impact analysis of project risks, issues and management of their mitigations.
• Planning and controlling the project budget and resources.
• Monitor the progress of the project against the project plan and ensure the timely delivery of work packages and their quality, also with external partners.
• Leading and managing the project team with matrix organization.
• Strong collaboration with internal stakeholders & suppliers.
• Manage and perform biological material processing, registration, shipment, returns, verification activities, retrievals, and inventory searches in a validated environment.
• Take accountability for end-to-end project management and biorepository management activities to fulfil customer specimen requests.
• Collaborate with relevant permitting agencies, import/export compliance, and local Safety and Biorepository Teams to comply with permit requirements.
• Maintain and ensure accuracy, quality, and timeliness of work within supported projects.
