Zusammenfassung

regenHU SA, a Swiss leader in bioprinting technologies, seeks a Sales Specialist to drive growth by developing structured sales strategies and engaging with new and existing clients, distributors, and Field Application Engineers.

You will manage the full sales cycle, travel regularly within Switzerland and internationally, and leverage market insights to optimize positioning of our bioprinting solutions for biotech, pharma, and research customers.

Qualifikationen

• Proven ability to establish and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Experience in biotech/pharma/medical fields is a plus.
• English proficiency (B2 or higher) required; French is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Proactively engage with new and existing clients via phone, email, and video calls.
• Propose structured sales plans and ensure execution.
• Collaborate with Field Application Engineers and internal teams.
• Work with distributors to support local clients.
• Represent the company at trade shows with regular travel.
• Use CRM tools to track and analyze commercial performance.
