EPM Scientific is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for Switzerland, focusing on single-use technologies. You will own the territory end-to-end, build the pipeline, and lead technical conversations with biopharma manufacturers to drive adoption.

The role demands a life sciences or engineering degree, several years in bioprocessing sales, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Regular travel within the territory and fluent English are required; German or French is advantageous.

Qualifikationen

• A life sciences or engineering degree.
• Several years' commercial experience within bioprocessing/biomanufacturing, ideally with single-use or consumables exposure.
• Solid technical grounding in bioproduction workflows.
• Confidence presenting to and influencing technical and senior stakeholders.
• Comfort with regular travel across the territory.
• Fluent English; German and/or French a strong advantage.

Aufgaben

• Take full ownership of the territory, managing both existing accounts and new business development.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline, moving opportunities through to close.
• Lead the technical conversation with customers, matching the portfolio to their process requirements.
• Work closely with account management and technical support colleagues to shape account strategy.
• Identify and qualify new prospects across the territory.
• Support the introduction of new products into the market and drive adoption.
• Maintain strong product and market knowledge across the portfolio.
• Build long-term relationships with scientific, manufacturing and procurement stakeholders.
