GXP CONSULTING Switzerland is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead CapEx projects in a GMP-regulated manufacturing setting. You will own projects from concept to handover, coordinating EPCM partners, internal teams, and quality with a focus on GMP compliance.

You bring 6-8+ years in engineering project management, a degree in engineering, and fluency in German and English to drive complex programmes in Bern and across Switzerland.

Qualifikationen

• Lead engineering projects end-to-end from concept through execution and handover.
• Define and manage scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Coordinate EPCM partners, contractors, and internal teams for high-quality delivery.
• Interface between Engineering, Manufacturing, QA, Validation and other stakeholders.
• Drive GMP compliance and change control across the project lifecycle.

• Lead engineering projects end-to-end from conceptual design to handover.
• Coordinate with EPCM partners and internal teams for timely delivery.
• Ensure GMP compliance, qualification, and validation activities.
• Manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety objectives.
