Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Biochemistry, Bioprocess Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant industry laboratory experience.
• Experience with purification technologies (chromatography/filtration).
• Strong biotech knowledge and bioprocess development principles.
• Experience with experimental design, execution, troubleshooting, data interpretation.
• Proficient with lab equipment, software tools, and scientific documentation systems.
• Ability to work independently with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and document experiments supporting downstream process development.
• Perform downstream purification experiments using chromatography and filtration.
• Analyze data and report project results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional project teams.
• Work with project leaders and senior scientists.
• Optimize purification methods for efficiency.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure safety/compliance.
• Document experiments and results accurately.
• Conduct literature reviews and safety assessments when required.
• Manage chemicals and lab materials responsibly.
• Support successful drug substance development projects.
