UBP - Union Bancaire Privée in Geneva is seeking a skilled professional to join the Client Documentation & Tax Services Department to support data reconciliation activities for Fiscal Reporting.

You will investigate reconciliations between internal data and provider data, drive corrections, and ensure tax statements align with country rules; strong Excel skills and bilingual French/English are required.

Qualifikationen

• 3–4+ years in banking operations, data quality, reconciliations, or tax services.
• Knowledge of financial instruments (equities, bonds, structured products, listed/OTC derivatives).
• Detail oriented and logic driven; able to spot inconsistencies in positions, transactions, and tax statements.
• Fluency in French and English.

Your profile

• 3–4+ years in banking operations, data quality, reconciliations, or tax services.
• Knowledge of financial instruments (equities, bonds, structured products, listed/OTC derivatives).
• Detail oriented and logic driven; able to spot inconsistencies in positions, transactions, and tax statements.
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable with large datasets, pattern detection, and root cause analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (lookups, pivots, formulas); basic data management skills.
• Solid understanding of tax fundamentals and transactional flows; clear communication with IT and external providers.
• Fluency in French and English.
