Union Bancaire Privée in Geneva seeks a specialist to support data reconciliation for Fiscal Reporting within Client Documentation & Tax Services. You will investigate breaks between internal and provider data and implement corrections.

Candidate should have 3-4+ years in banking operations, strong Excel skills, and fluency in French and English. You will work with IT and external providers to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• 3-4+ years in banking operations, data quality, reconciliations, or tax services.
• Knowledge of financial instruments (equities, bonds, structured products, listed/OTC derivatives).
• Detail oriented and logic driven; able to spot inconsistencies in positions, transactions, and tax statements.
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable with large datasets, pattern detection, and root cause analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (lookups, pivots, formulas); basic data management skills.
