Nord Anglia Education's Collège du Léman seeks a Learning Support Teacher to provide flexible, targeted interventions for students with learning differences across year groups. You will work with classroom teachers, parents and external specialists to tailor strategies and deliver in-class or pull-out support.

Fluency in English (C1) is required; French at B1 is desirable. You will maintain records, mentor staff and contribute to professional development while upholding child protection

Qualifikationen

• BA (QTS)/BSc with relevant qualifications or equivalent.
• PGCE or MA in Special Education preferred.
• CAPSAIS/CAPA-SH qualifications acceptable.
• Experience with diverse learners and HP programmes is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Plan targeted interventions to develop literacy, numeracy and language skills.
• Provide in-class or small-group support and 1:1 sessions as needed.
• Observe and evaluate students and share findings with teachers and parents.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, school leaders and external specialists.
• Lead workshops and maintain confidential student records and IEPs.
