Collège du Léman seeks a Learning Support Teacher to provide flexible support across year groups, identifying learning needs and delivering targeted interventions. You will collaborate with classroom teachers, school leaders and parents to align strategies with individual student goals and integrate supports into regular teaching where possible.

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS with QTS or equivalent in Special Education preferred.
• Experience with Preschool/Primary learners with specific learning needs.
• Understanding of confidentiality and safeguarding requirements.

• Plan and implement targeted interventions to develop literacy, numeracy and language skills.
• Provide in-class or small group support and 1:1 support where needed.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents and external professionals; maintain records and monitor progress.
