Formación

• Law degree or proven Best Execution expertise.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets regulation and Best Execution requirements.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, or maintaining Best Execution policies and governance frameworks.
• Analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, and maintain Best Execution policies, standards, and governance frameworks.
• Ensure Best Execution arrangements comply with applicable financial markets regulations.
• Provide subject-matter expertise on Best Execution requirements and regulatory compliance.
• Review and maintain internal policies and procedures in line with regulatory expectations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners on regulatory matters.
