Experis is seeking a Compliance Specialist focused on Trading & Financial Markets for a 60% hybrid role in Zurich. Start as soon as possible for a 4-month assignment with extension potential.

You will draft, review, and maintain Best Execution policies, design governance, and act as SME on regulatory requirements for internal stakeholders, with strong English and German language skills preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Law degree, or recognised expertise as a Best Execution specialist
• Experience: Expertise in financial markets regulation and Best Execution requirements
• Trainings & certificates: Required trainings completed and relevant certificates/exams, where applicable
• Excellent written and spoken English required; German is an advantage

Responsabilités

• Draft, review and maintain Best Execution policies, standards and directives.
• Design and enhance Best Execution governance frameworks, including roles, responsibilities and oversight arrangements.
• Act as subject matter expert on Best Execution requirements and financial markets regulation for internal stakeholders.
• Assess the Bank's Best Execution arrangements against applicable regulatory requirements and identify gaps.
• Monitor regulatory developments and industry best practices and translate them into policy updates.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure consistent implementation.
