Qualifikationen

• BSc minimum or MSc preferred in chemistry/life sciences/engineering with 3+ years lab experience.
• Strong understanding and experience of laboratory safety practices.
• Ability to work rigorously and autonomously with high accuracy and reliability.
• Strong organizational skills to meet deadlines.
• Strong customer-orientation mindset.
• Willingness to travel 1–2 times per month in Europe (2–3 day sessions).
• Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written).
• Ability to manage and write technical documents.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Eagerness to work in a dynamic start-up environment.

Aufgaben

• Prepare samples for XRPD, SAXS and other analyses.
• Participate in beamtime data collection sessions 1–2 times/month in Europe.
• Handle, store and ship samples with proper documentation.
• Plan and manage beamtime logistics for the Excelsus team.
• Develop innovative technical solutions for specific sample formats.
