Zusammenfassung

Albedis seeks a Lead Banking Audit Manager to own risk-based audit engagements across banking activities in a highly regulated Basel environment. Plan, execute, and report on assignments while evaluating governance, risk and control frameworks.

Expose senior management to critical risk topics and drive remediation initiatives. The role requires 5+ years of banking audit experience, Swiss regulatory knowledge, and strong report-writing skills.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Lead Auditor in banking settings (internal/external)
• Professional certifications such as CIA, CFA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent
• Proven experience leading audits across two banking domains (Operations, Risk, Portfolio, Credit, Payments, Treasury/Trading)
• Strong knowledge of Swiss banking regulations and risk management
• Excellent report writing and stakeholder communication skills
• Fluent in English; German/French/Spanish advantageous
• Willingness to travel internationally; Swiss work permit or EU/EFTA citizenship required
• Willingness to work 100% on-site

Aufgaben

• Lead risk-based audit engagements from planning through reporting and follow-up
• Assess internal controls, governance structures, and risk management processes
• Draft clear, concise audit reports for senior management
• Challenge processes and recommend practical improvements
• Act as trusted partner to stakeholders across functions
• Monitor remediation actions and validate implementation
• Prepare summaries, reports, and presentations for governance committees
• Contribute to investigations and thematic reviews
• Support continuous improvement of audit methodologies
