HCLTech is seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer in Switzerland to ensure stability and reliability of critical banking applications across development and production-like environments. The role emphasizes observability, automation, and collaboration within a distributed global team.

You will work with Dynatrace/Grafana-style dashboards, CI/CD pipelines, and ITSM tools while maintaining documentation in Confluence.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience in Application Support within enterprise IT environments.
• Experience monitoring application availability via dashboards and health checks.

Aufgaben

• Support environment setup, maintenance, and validation across Dev, SIT, UAT, and pre-production systems.
• Perform routine system checks, log reviews, and health verifications to detect issues.
• Monitor application availability dashboards and identify outages or performance degradation.
• Oversee batch job processing and COB cycles for successful completion.
• Respond to incidents, perform diagnostics, and escalate as needed.
• Assist in database refresh activities and post-refresh validation.
• Log, track, and manage incidents, changes, and tasks using Ticketing & ITSM tools.
• Support deployment activities through CI/CD pipelines and verify deployments.
