• Extensive experience leading software development and application management within the banking industry.
• Proven track record in delivering complex upgrade, migration, or transformation programs and leading distributed teams.
• Strong expertise in enterprise applications, lifecycle, production support, release management, and modern engineering practices.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills with professional fluency in English.
