Zusammenfassung

HCLTech is seeking an experienced Non-Functional Test Engineer to join our testing team for large Core banking projects in Zurich. The role focuses on performance, resilience, security, usability and observability with automation capabilities.

You will contribute to CI/CD integration, thresholds, and evidence-based validation while collaborating across DevOps, Security and Architecture to ensure robust, auditable NFR outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Strong hands-on non-functional testing across performance, resilience, security and accessibility.
• Experience integrating NFR checks into CI/CD pipelines with measurable criteria.
• Familiarity with core banking platforms is a plus (e.g., Temenos).

Aufgaben

• Execute and automate end-to-end non-functional tests for large Core banking projects.
• Define test strategies, thresholds, gates and trends; report risks and outcomes.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Security and Architecture to improve observability and reliability.
