Job summary

Ontinue is seeking a Backend Engineer to build systems powering internal and customer-facing experiences. You will work on services with real business logic, storage, event-driven architecture, and performance-sensitive data flows.

Joining with a strong AI-first mindset, you’ll use AI-assisted tools, adapt to new technologies, and shape efficient software development practices within a security-focused MXDR context.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficient with .NET and C#.
• Experience with Azure and cloud-based service development.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve backend services for internal tools and customer-facing experiences.
• Design and implement APIs, event-driven workflows, and services in .NET / C#.
• Work with Azure services such as Service Bus, Functions, Storage, and related cloud services.
• Collaborate with frontend engineers, product stakeholders, and other teams to deliver thoughtful solutions.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to increase speed and quality.
