Job summary

Isomorphic Labs is seeking a Senior AI Security Engineer to defend an AI-first platform powering drug discovery. You will architect security for model artifacts, data pipelines, and autonomous workflows, reporting to the CISO and collaborating with ML researchers and platform teams.

You will drive threat modeling, guardrails, incident response, and governance automation, aligning with global AI regulations while advancing a groundbreaking biotech agenda.

Qualifications

• Deep learning and ML engineering experience with modern frameworks.
• Familiarity with AI security threat vectors and MITRE ATLAS.
• Experience securing agentic frameworks (ADK, MCP).
• Proficiency in cloud security (GCP preferred) and container tech.
• Ability to write production-grade Python code and build tooling.
• Strong communication translating ML risks to engineering tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct AI security threat modeling for an AI-powered platform.
• Protect ML model weights, code and training data through governance.
• Design guardrails and monitoring for LLM ecosystems (ADK, MCP).
• Collaborate to implement security controls across ML lifecycle.
• Lead AI security incidents and automate threat hunting.
• Automate risk posture monitoring for regulatory compliance.
