Job summary

DHL Express Schweiz AG in Regensdorf is seeking a motivated Telesales Executive (m/w/d) 100% to manage a portfolio of around 500 SME customers, driving revenue through telephone, virtual meetings and video messages. You will identify client needs, acquire and retain new customers from leads provided by the Lead Qualification team, and ensure pricing and tariff policies are followed.

• Experience in sales (training period or full-time).
• Fluent in French and English; German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a customer portfolio of around 500 SME companies with around 2 million in sales across all communication tools (phone, video, virtual meetings).
• Develop activity of your portfolio and acquire/retain new customers from leads provided by Lead Qualification.
• Ensure current conditions align with tariff and volume policies.
