Duni Group in Switzerland is seeking a driven sales professional to drive growth in the sustainable food packaging market, focusing on the French-speaking part of Switzerland and Bern. You will win new B2B customers and build long-term partnerships around the Duniform tray sealing concept.

You will work closely with teams across Switzerland, DACH, and Benelux, own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and present at trade shows and customer meetings.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in B2B sales, ideally in packaging, food service or hospitality.
• Fluency in French, strong English, and ideally German.
• Ability to close deals with a hunter mentality.
• Self-driven, collaborative, and results-oriented.

Aufgaben

• Acquire new B2B customers in take-away and ready meals.
• Build long-term customer relationships and grow market share.
• Manage full sales cycle: consulting, quoting, negotiations, close.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales, Customer Service, and Field Sales in Switzerland.
