Job summary

Jet Aviation Zürich is seeking a Fueling Agent to fuel aircraft safely and efficiently, in a fast-paced operational environment. You will operate fueling equipment, perform checks, and handle fuel-related documentation with accuracy.

You will work with airline and general aviation crews, uphold safety, quality, and environmental procedures, and report hazards as part of our safety culture. A Category C truck license and fluent English are required; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid Category C truck driver's license.
• Experience with aircraft fueling is an advantage.
• Proficient in English; German is a plus.
• Safety-conscious and reliable.
• Ability to work in a busy operational environment.
• Team-oriented and professional when interacting with customers.

Responsibilities

• Refuel and defuel a wide range of aircraft according to regulations and fuel requirements.
• Operate, maintain, and check fueling equipment.
• Complete fuel-related documentation and administration.
• Apply specific fueling requirements for different aircraft.
• Communicate professionally with aircraft crews and colleagues using radio equipment.
• Follow Jet Aviation’s safety, quality, operational, and environmental procedures.
• Identify and report hazards, near misses, and other occurrences.
• Support additional tasks and projects as required.
