Harmattan AI seeks an Automated Testing Module Lead to own validation of its autonomy and flight-software stack. You will establish a scenario library, execution strategy, and interface bricks to turn a simulation platform into fast, reliable validation.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in automated testing, simulation-based validation, or test eng for complex hardware-in-the-loop systems.
• Hands-on design of scenario-based test suites on a simulation platform.
• Ability to define coverage that catches defects and improve test efficiency.

• Lead a four-engineer team and scale to eight by mid-2027 with a clear mandate.
• Design versioned scenario libraries including nominal, edge, and contested flights.
• Define SITL/HITL/CI test strategies, gating, telemetry, replay, and coverage analytics.
