Harmattan AI is seeking a Module Lead for the Guidance & Control module to own the roadmap, lead the team, and manage interfaces across the company. You will shape the design, verification, and delivery of flight control software for autonomous aircraft.

Based in Lausanne, Paris, or Zurich, you will collaborate with engineers and senior stakeholders to deliver mission-critical defense systems while maintaining rigorous hardware-supported validation and real-world applicability.

Qualifikationen

• MSc or PhD in aerospace, controls, robotics or related field, or equivalent practice.
• Has shipped guidance or control software on real vehicles (multirotor or fixed-wing).
• Built or led an engineering team, owned a module or programme against hard external deadlines.
• Rigorous, hardware-honest, decisive and able to communicate with engineers and senior stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Lead Guidance & Control team from hiring to growth of engineers.
• Own module roadmap: scope, milestones, priorities and trade-offs.
• Define guidance design and verification, including motion planning and guidance laws.
• Set control laws design, tuning and verification across the airframe family.
• Manage interfaces to adjacent modules and align with product and systems teams.
• Coordinate flight verification campaigns with flight test team and diagnose logs.
