TSMG Holding is seeking Autonomous Vehicle Safety Operators to support testing, validation, and deployment of AV and robotaxi fleets across Europe. You will monitor vehicle behavior, supervise the self-driving system, and intervene when required.

No prior autonomous vehicle experience is required; we provide comprehensive training and onboarding. The role offers exposure to Europe's leading AV technologies and opportunities to contribute to safe, scalable mobility.

Qualifikationen

• Valid European driving license required.
• Minimum of 5 years driving experience with a clean record.
• Ability to pass background verification and drug/alcohol screening.
• Excellent situational awareness and defensive driving skills.
• Proficient in English (upper-intermediate).

Aufgaben

• Safely operate and monitor autonomous vehicles during testing and commercial robotaxi fleet operations.
• Supervise self-driving system performance with awareness of traffic conditions.
• Take immediate manual control when required by procedures or safety protocols.
• Complete routes complying with local regulations and company procedures.
• Support deployment of autonomous ride-hailing services with safe operation.
