TSMG is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Lead (AVOS) to oversee daily operations of robotaxi fleets supporting testing, commercial ride-hailing, and new city launches across Europe. You will coordinate Safety Operators, Depot Specialists, Senior Technicians, and SDS Specialists to keep vehicles safe, available, and deployment-ready.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years in fleet operations or mobility services.
• Experience leading operational or technical teams.
• Experience managing 24/7 operations.
• Strong leadership and planning skills.
• Fluent English.

• Lead daily autonomous vehicle and robotaxi fleet operations across depots.
• Ensure vehicles are ready for testing and commercial deployment.
• Monitor fleet utilization, availability, and charging schedules.
