Zusammenfassung

TSMG Holding is seeking Autonomous Vehicle Safety Operators to support testing, validation, and deployment of self-driving fleets across Europe. You will monitor vehicle behavior, intervene when required, and work with engineering, fleet operations, and depot teams to keep operations safe and compliant.

No prior autonomous-vehicle experience is required; we provide comprehensive training on autonomous driving systems, safety protocols, and operational procedures.

Qualifikationen

• Valid European driver's license.
• Minimum 5 years of driving experience.
• Clean driving record with no major violations.
• Ability to pass background verification (BGV).
• Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screening.

Aufgaben

• Safely operate and monitor autonomous vehicles during testing, validation, and robotaxi fleet operations.
• Continuously supervise the self-driving system while maintaining awareness of traffic conditions.
• Take immediate manual control of the vehicle when required by procedures or safety protocols.
• Complete assigned routes while complying with traffic regulations and procedures.
• Support deployment of autonomous ride-hailing services by maintaining safe operation.
