Zusammenfassung

TSMG Holding is seeking Autonomous Vehicle Safety Operators to support testing, validation, and commercial robotaxi deployments across Europe. You will monitor vehicle behavior, intervene safely, and work with engineering and fleet teams to ensure compliance and readiness.

No prior autonomous-vehicle experience is required as we provide comprehensive training on systems, procedures, and safety protocols. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge AV technologies across multiple European cities.

Qualifikationen

• Valid European driver's license.
• Minimum 5 years of driving experience.
• Clean driving record with no major violations.
• Ability to pass a background verification.
• Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screening.
• Excellent situational awareness and defensive driving skills.
• Comfortable driving for extended periods in urban and highway environments.
• Ability to follow detailed operational procedures with high attention to detail.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Upper-Intermediate English.

Aufgaben

• Safely operate and monitor autonomous vehicles during testing and operations.
• Continuously supervise the self-driving system while maintaining traffic awareness.
• Take immediate manual control when required by procedures or safety protocols.
• Complete assigned routes with compliance to regulations and procedures.
• Record observations and report to depot/engineering teams.
