This is an exciting opportunity for an engineer who enjoys combining PLC programming, automation engineering, motion control, commissioning and hands‑on technical problem solving.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, develop and commission automation solutions
• Program, configure and maintain Siemens PLC systems
• Work with motion control and positioning systems
• Support electrical drive technologies and industrial automation equipment
• Develop and optimise automation platforms
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement sustainable solutions
• Support maintenance and continuous improvement activities
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Participate in system integration, testing and commissioning activities

What We Are Looking For

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics or a related field
• Experience within industrial automation environments
• Strong PLC programming skills
• Excellent knowledge of Siemens PLC systems and programming, ideally Siemens SIMATIC, including ST/SCL and FUP
• Good understanding of sensors, actuators, measurement systems and industrial control technologies
• Knowledge of industrial networks and communication protocols
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Hands‑on engineering mindset with a proactive approach
