This is an exciting opportunity for an engineer who enjoys combining PLC programming, automation engineering, motion control, commissioning and hands‑on technical problem solving.
Your Responsibilities
- Design, develop and commission automation solutions
- Program, configure and maintain Siemens PLC systems
- Work with motion control and positioning systems
- Support electrical drive technologies and industrial automation equipment
- Develop and optimise automation platforms
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement sustainable solutions
- Support maintenance and continuous improvement activities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Participate in system integration, testing and commissioning activities
What We Are Looking For
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics or a related field
- Experience within industrial automation environments
- Strong PLC programming skills
- Excellent knowledge of Siemens PLC systems and programming, ideally Siemens SIMATIC, including ST/SCL and FUP
- Good understanding of sensors, actuators, measurement systems and industrial control technologies
- Knowledge of industrial networks and communication protocols
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Hands‑on engineering mindset with a proactive approach
