• Clinical experience in hearing aid fitting and rehabilitation.
• Strong audiological and clinical principles understanding.
• Training, presentation and writing skills.
• Ability to translate complex scientific information into clear content.
• Experience working in cross-functional, multicultural environments.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and WordPress; ability to analyze data with Excel and dashboards.

• Serve as the audiological application specialist for an assigned product portfolio.
• Build deep understanding of product fitting, audiological performance, and benefits to target groups.
• Collaborate with R&D, business units, and marketing to shape development.
• Define audiological claims and contribute to validation and post-market studies.
• Ensure marketing content is audiologically accurate and well-substantiated.
• Create training materials and tools to support launches and campaigns.
• Deliver train-the-trainer sessions with regional teams; translate technical content for learning.
• Monitor market needs, trends, and competitive solutions.
