UBS Wealth Management Türkiye in Zurich is seeking a driven professional to join an 18-month program designed to develop you into a successful Relationship Manager. The role focuses on prospecting, advising wealthy clients in Türkiye, and building a personal book of business in a client-facing setting.

You will receive on-the-job training, off-the-job education, and a pathway to accelerate your career within UBS Wealth Management at a global location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master from a leading university with at least 4 years of professional experience.
• Strong understanding of financial markets.
• In-depth Türkiye market knowledge and network of high net worth clients.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and sales skills.

Responsabilités

if yes; our 18 months Wealth Management Associate Program extends your skills, provides a unique experience in Wealth Management, and establishes a platform for accelerated career development in a client facing role.

Parallel off-the-job education will provide you with the business specific knowledge, but the main focus is on-the-job, developing your book of clients. Upon successful completion of the program, you will be equipped with the necessary foundation to embark upon a rewarding career with UBS Wealth Management in one of our global locations.

We’re looking for someone who can:

• develop to become a successful Relationship Manager through our training program; reaching (or preferably exceeding) both the financial and educational targets set within the program
• build up a client book from your own existing network of wealthy individuals in Türkiye
• establish long-term mutually beneficial relationships with clients
• continuously grow your network by referrals and by identifying new prospects
• acquire the necessary knowledge and sales skills to deliver the UBS value proposition to clients, including timely completion of mandatory trainings and the WM Certificate

For the Wealth Management Team Türkiye, which is located in Zurich, we are looking for a driven and ambitious personality who is keen to make a positive impact on our clients and UBS. At the same time, we will provide you with an outstanding platform for your professional development while being part of a dynamic and experienced team.

Your Skills And Experience

• a Bachelor or Master from a leading university / business school with a minimum of 4 years professional experience
• good understanding and strong interest in financial markets
• in depth market knowledge in Türkiye with a convincing network of High and Ultra high clients
• excellent interpersonal, communication, and sales skills

You are:

• a networker and a skilled relationship builder at heart
• part of a club, alumni-network, or involved with entrepreneurial activities
• a collaborative team player who is also independent enough to plan your own activities and put your business plan into action
• experience in Wealth Management services is welcome, though not required.
• languages skills: fluent in Turkish and English
• you’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use
