Job summary

UBS in Zürich is seeking a dedicated Client Service Associate to support client advisors in wealth management and high‑net‑worth client servicing. You will enter orders, handle daily banking tasks, and assist with KYC and due diligence while maintaining high service standards.

Fluency in English is required, Mandarin is highly advantageous, and you will work closely with the Zurich China team to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant client experiences in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Financial Services, ideally within Wealth Management or Client Service.
• Fluency in English is required; Mandarin is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Professionally discreet with a client-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support client advisors in delivering exceptional client service and experience.
• Support client advisors in administrative, risk and legal and compliance related tasks and duties.
• Manage daily business in WM HNW/UHNW client servicing and provide high quality service.
• Be the point of entry for processing client orders, e.g. stock orders, foreign exchange, loans and deposits.
• Be the direct contact for daily banking activities and administrative work for our clients.
• Manage daily client transactions and carry out inquiries and troubleshooting.
• Perform account maintenance tasks and client-related processes; e.g. account opening and closing, suitability reviews, initial and recurring KYC and due diligence.
• Support client advisors when they are on business trips and assist in preparing client meetings

Your Skills And Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in Financial Services, ideally within Wealth Management, Private Banking, Client Service, Client Account Management, or another client-facing role;
• fluency in English is required;
• fluency in Mandarin is highly advantageous but not mandatory;
• strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure;
• excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously;
• strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• high level of professionalism, discretion and client focus;
