Zusammenfassung

MSI Pharma in Basel seeks an Associate Director in HEOR to drive hematology HEOR activities across Europe and New Markets. You will lead evidence generation, including RWE and economic analyses, and collaborate with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Biostatistics and Global teams to prioritise HEOR initiatives.

You will manage external vendors, develop protocols and analysis plans, and support HTA strategy while clearly communicating uncertainties and limitations of HEOR

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years’ experience in HEOR, HTA, RWE or comparative effectiveness research.
• Experience designing and managing HEOR studies and external vendors.
• Strong understanding of European HTA requirements.
• Hematology or oncology experience is advantageous.

Overview

We are partnered with a global pharmaceutical to look for an experienced Associate Director, HEOR to support hematology activities across Europe and New Markets. This will focus on delivering high-quality evidence to support HTA, reimbursement and broader evidence needs. You will collaborate with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Biostatistics and Global teams to identify evidence gaps and prioritise HEOR activities.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in HEOR, HTA, RWE or comparative effectiveness research

• Pharmaceutical or consulting experience preferred
• Hematology or oncology experience is advantageous
