Swisslinx AG is seeking an Associate Director, HEOR for Europe and New Markets in hematology. The role focuses on shaping HEOR evidence strategy, supporting European HTA readiness and JCA processes, and coordinating across regional and global teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HEOR/HTA with strong knowledge of EU HTA Regulation, ITC/NMA, and MAIC/STC methods, plus experience in hematology or oncology. Fluency in English and effective cross‑functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s or PhD in HEOR, Epidemiology, Public Health, Statistics or related discipline.
• At least 5 years in HEOR, HTA, real‑world evidence or comparative effectiveness research in pharma/biotech or consulting.
• Strong understanding of European HTA requirements; EU HTA Regulation and JCA knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with ITC/NMA and population‑adjusted approaches including MAIC/STC.
• Hematology/oncology experience is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Develop and deliver HEOR strategies and evidence-generation activities across hematology in Europe and New Markets.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Biostatistics and Global teams to address evidence gaps.
• Lead or support evidence-generation projects including CER, RWE and economic analyses.
• Contribute to European HTA and EU JCA evidence strategy and readiness.
• Manage external HEOR vendors and projects with scope, timelines and quality control.
• Interpret HEOR evidence and communicate implications for HTA decisions.
