Swisslinx AG in Basel seeks a senior HEOR professional to support strategies across hematology assets in Europe and new markets. You will drive evidence generation, HTA readiness and collaboration with Market Access, Medical Affairs and Global teams.

Applicants should have 5+ years in HEOR/HTA, strong knowledge of EU HTA, and experience with ITC/NMA and related methodologies; good English communication and project management skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree or PhD in Health Economics, Outcomes Research, Epidemiology, Public Health, Statistics or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant HEOR/HTA/real-world evidence experience, ideally in pharma/biotech.
• Strong understanding of European HTA and EU HTA Regulation; knowledge of JCA is a strong advantage.
• Experience with comparative effectiveness methodologies such as ITC/NMA; MAIC/STC is a plus.
• Hematology/oncology experience is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and communication skills in English; ability to work across functions and geographies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities.

Aufgaben

• Develop and deliver HEOR strategies and evidence-generation activities across hematology assets in Europe and New Markets.
• Partner with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Biostatistics and Global teams to identify evidence gaps and prioritize HEOR activities.
• Lead or support comparative evidence generation for JCA and other HTA requirements.
• Develop and critically review study protocols, analysis plans, reports and other HEOR deliverables with high scientific quality.
• Evaluate data sources and interpret HEOR findings to inform HTA strategy.
