Job summary

C. Vanoli Group, a general contractor based in Immensee, seeks an Assistant Project and Construction Management. You will provide administrative support to project and construction managers, manage secretarial tasks, and handle German correspondence.

The role also includes meeting planning, presentations, and IT assistance. Ideal candidates have commercial training and professional experience in a similar position, with strong German language skills, team spirit, and a proactive, precise work

Qualifications

• Commercial training and experience in a similar role required.
• Strong German language skills, both written and spoken.
• Team-oriented, flexible, and self-motivated work style.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and organisational support to project and construction managers.
• Handle general secretarial duties (including operating the telephone switchboard).
• General correspondence in German and support with IT queries.
• Meeting planning, minute-taking and preparation of presentations.
• Processing of creditors and debtors and handling offer management.
• Support the team with IT questions and supervision of commercial apprentices.
