Your Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced agentic AI workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or LlamaIndex
• Build and deploy multi-agent systems capable of orchestrating complex business and data processes
• Develop scalable applications and services in Python
• Design and optimize RAG architectures and vector database solutions
• Deploy AI solutions in AWS cloud environments
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
• Ensure AI systems are reliable, traceable, reproducible, and production-ready
• Collaborate with international stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience delivering AI/ML solutions
• Strong software engineering and data engineering background
• Advanced Python development skills
• Strong communication skills and fluent English

Hands-on experience with:

• LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks
• RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
• Vector databases such as Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate, or similar
• Docker and Kubernetes
• Git and CI/CD pipelines

Nice to Have

• Experience in regulated industries such as Healthcare, Pharma, FinTech, or Aerospace
• MLOps and DevOps expertise
• Experience with enterprise-scale AI platforms
• Knowledge of model validation, explainability, and reproducibility
