Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in shipping, proficiency with SAP, and fluency in English and German, with French a plus for cross-border coverage.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5+ years in shipping roles in Germany and Switzerland.
• Deep expertise in shipping and logistics, including customs, packing, and regulatory compliance.
• Fluency in English; German mandatory; French advantageous for Switzerland/Germany coverage.
• Experience with SAP is required.
• Strong communication, proactive problem solving, and client service skills.
• Able to work overtime/weekends when necessary.

Aufgaben

• Arrange shipping and logistics for all properties.
• Coordinate with Pre Sale and Post Sale teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Obtain quotes from shippers and select the best option.
• Prepare customs documents and licenses as needed.
• Monitor shipment progress and resolve issues with vendors.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
