SBM Offshore is seeking an Area Construction Manager to lead construction activities across Topsides, Vessel, Integration, and Brownfield scopes, ensuring HSSE, quality, schedule, and budget compliance. You will coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to align with project objectives and deliver safe, efficient execution.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering and 10+ years of hands-on construction and project management

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of construction and project management experience in energy or related industry.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Experience coordinating with engineering, procurement and project teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead construction activities within designated scope (Topsides, Vessel, Integration, Brownfield) in line with HSSE, Quality, schedule and budget.
• Manage construction professionals and subcontractors, promoting safety culture and collaboration.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules; monitor progress and implement corrective actions.
• Resolve technical issues and provide guidance to ensure design specs and quality requirements are met.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders; highlight achievements and address concerns.
• Coordinate with yards, project management, engineering, procurement and operations for seamless execution.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation to meet targets.
• Mentor project construction team and foster continuous improvement and technical excellence.
