• Manage quality, schedules and costs across all SIA phases
• Serve as the interface to general/turnkey contractors, specialist planners, internal departments and management
• Develop sustainable, energy‑efficient sites
• Prepare and manage tenders and contract awards, including risk and claims management

Requirements

• Degree (FH/HF) in building automation, refrigeration/HVAC or electrical engineering, plus further training in project management
• Solid construction and project management expertise across all SIA phases, including cost and schedule controlling
• Experience with tendering and contract awarding, construction and contract law
• Practical experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and digital project tools, as well as experience in large-scale projects or special-purpose buildings
• Strong interface and coordination skills in complex construction projects
• Technical understanding with a focus on building construction; quality- and solution-oriented
• Communicative, reliable and assertive in dealings with partners and contractors
• Excellent German and good French; English is an advantage
