On is establishing its first-ever Product Archive at our Zurich HQ. We seek a visionary Product Archive Lead to define strategy, manage physical and digital collections, and bridge past design heritage with future concepts.

Qualificações

• Minimum 6–8 years managing high-value heritage archives
• Meticulous inventory control and documentation
• Experience building or stewarding digital repositories
• Ability to partner with Design, IT and Finance teams to deliver outcomes

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute a holistic archive strategy and governance
• Oversee physical stewardship of collections and documentation
• Lead digital infrastructure and metadata standards for searchability
• Build workflows for teams to search, borrow, and analyze historical references
• Collaborate with exhibition programming to position the archive as a cultural landmark
• Manage budget, vendors, and IT collaborations for the archive
