Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead independent IT projects and help shape innovative solutions.
• Advise and support users in applications and process handling.
• Monitor ongoing application operations and coordinate activities for availability and performance.
• Inform users about disruptions, messages, or planned interruptions.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve disruptions or errors.
• Create evaluations and statistics and participate in releases.
• Create, update, and maintain documentation.
