Job summary

Shure is seeking an Applications Engineer based in Schlieren, Switzerland, to support enterprise customers across Switzerland and Southern Germany. You will provide advanced technical support for Conferencing & Collaboration solutions, lead PoC activities, and help design scalable UC deployments with Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, Cisco, and more.

You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams, document best practices, and empower partners through technical guidance and certification to

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in Application Support or related technical roles.
• Experience with enterprise customers and complex environments.
• Experience with Conferencing, Collaboration, UC, IT Infrastructure, or Networking.
• Fluency in German, English and French (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for Shure Conferencing & Collaboration solutions.
• Troubleshoot product, software, networking, and system integration issues.
• Lead proof-of-concept activities and solution validation.
• Support UC deployments across Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, Cisco, and related platforms.
• Advise customers and partners on solution design and best practices.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
• Share technical expertise across Customer Experience, Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
