Job summary

The role requires a Ph.D. in a relevant field, hands-on instrumentation experience, programming skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• PhD in physics, computer science, electrical engineering or related field.
• Hands-on experience with control and measurement instrumentation, including RF electronics.
• Proficient in programming lab equipment and experiments.
• Experience in sales/business development is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication; English fluency required; willingness to travel ~30%.

Responsibilities

• Engage in technical discussions with customers to support sales in EMEA.
• Provide application-specific support and ensure customer success.
• Build and nurture a network in the research community.
• Represent Zurich Instruments at trade shows and conferences.
• Understand customer requirements and communicate to product management and R&D.
