Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in global brand management or equivalent.
• 8+ years in a senior managerial role managing directors or equivalent leaders.
• Proven ability to architect long-term strategic plans with a 5-year horizon.
• Executive-level presence and exceptional presentation skills for large audiences.
• Strong strategic mind with ability to define simple, executable frameworks for global teams.

• Define and govern the long-term architecture for the Apparel Brand Management function.
• Align C-suite, regional leaders, and cross-functional SVP/EVP teams on brand strategy and resource allocation.
