Embodied AI in Zürich, Switzerland seeks an outstanding Graphic Design Lead to shape the visual language of high-performance apparel. You will create and lead a contemporary graphic story across print and graphics for apparel, partnering with Apparel Design Lead to drive innovative, culturally relevant designs.

You will present graphics to internal and external partners, research imagery, sketch concepts including 3D mockups, and develop tech packs and detailed artworks for the development team.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design required.
• Minimum 9 years experience in graphic design with focus on apparel graphics.
• Excellent technical skills in print techniques, material graphics, storytelling and branding.
• Broad market awareness and sense for contemporary design and culture shifts.
• Structured, hands-on attitude with openness to visionary solutions.
• Expert skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & Microsoft Office.
• International experience is a must.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with fluent English.

Your Mission:

• Create and lead a strong contemporary graphic story telling, coupled with mood, research, and design through all aspects of print/graphic for apparel along with your Apparel Design Lead.
• Lead graphic presentations with internal and external partners.
• Research of imagery and references in regards to vision, materialisation, colour compositions, detailing, brand direction and all other aspects of graphics for your collections.
• Sketch to visualise quick ideas of graphic direction, including 3D mock ups.
• Create graphic tech packs and detailed artworks for your Development team player.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders in marketing, development, innovation and our partners in Asia
• Research and help sourcing innovative, upscale materials and trims to elevate your graphics.
• Champion processes, constantly improving, tweaking and building upon the current process.
• Set and reach goals to increase both individual and team productivity.
• Travel to visit partners and vendors around the world

Your Story:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in graphic design.
• Minimum of 9 years experience in graphic design with a focus on apparel graphic design. Performance sportswear a plus
• Excellent level of technical skills is a must, such as print techniques, material graphic design, story telling, branding.
• Broad market overview and a good sense for the contemporary design world, and culture shifts.
• Structured and hands-on working attitude with a flexible and open mind for visionary solutions
• Expert skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & Microsoft Office.
• International experience is a must
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with fluent English spoken and written
